Biverah Hotel & Suites House Rules

Dear guests, to ensure the safety and comfort of the Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines. Please read the following rules and regulations which are obligatory for all guests. We reserve the right to deny admission or require a person already admitted to leave the hotel, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security, or order, or if we consider that the circumstance so requires.

  1. We assume that the Guests are familiarized with and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Hotel.

  3. The Hotel will capture a photo of all the staying guests.

  4. Breakfast timing from 07:30hrs to 10:00hrs at Diners Summit Restaurant near reception.

  5. Room check- in is from 12hrs. Check- out is until 12hrs.

  6. Guests are given the key card upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock their rooms. Guests are required to hand over their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key card they are obligated to pay the penalty of INR.250 per key.

  7. Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.

  8. From 21:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.

  9. Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. The hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespect House Rules.

  10. For your convenience we have provided a safe deposit box, located in the wardrobe in your room. The hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception. We suggest you double-check the safe deposit box in your room upon your departure from the Hotel.

  11. All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that air condition does not work if windows are opened or if windows are not properly closed.

  12. Hotel is entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, Hotel is obliged to charge a penalty for additional cleaning the smoke-free smile.

  13. Wi-Fi internet is free and available throughout the entire hotel. Password is provided at the Reception and on your key card folder.

  14. Room cleaning for all in-house guests floor-wise. The Linen is changed every third day. Used towels are changed daily. The hotel keep the right to open the in-house guest room for cleaning, if the guests are not in the room. If the guests have any particular/privacy for room cleaning, request to inform the reception in advance. So the housekeeping team can plan the guest request for smooth operation.

  15. Baby cot can be provided to a child under 2years old upon request

  16. Dental kit can be provided upon request.

  17. The unwashable stains, rips, or tears on linens or towels will be charged.

  18. Hanging of any items in guest room windows, or furniture that might ruin the beauty of our hotel appearance is prohibited.

  19. In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. The hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, Hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.

  20. Hotel guests must have appropriate clothing and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the hotel.

  21. It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals into the hotel.

  22. Ordering and delivery of food from outside our hotel are prohibited.

  23. It is not permitted to use hot plates, electric heaters or any other heater device.

  24. Day use is until 6 p.m.

  25. For your convenience hotel has arranged parking in front of the hotel. The hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking.

  26. Airport transfers are available 24 hours. The official price list of this service is published at the Reception.

  27. For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of the damage to the Hotel. Guest shall be liable for any damage or loss of any equipment or furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement.

  28. Visitors to guest rooms are not allowed. If allowed with special sanction to rooms which must be registered at the Reception. Such visits are allowed until 8 p.m. and in case of extended visits (after 8 p.m.), the hotel will charge an additional amount of INR.750/-net per person per night.

  29. The hotel keeps the right for scanty baggage guests to require a guarantee for extra expenses during the reservation process or at the check- in. Minimum amount to be deposited INR.3, 000/-net per room per night. If not deposited, the hotel will not provide the credit facility to the guest.

  30. A Payment guarantee is required. In case of a long stay, the services are to be paid on weekly bases.

  31. Payments are in local currency according to the official average rate of the National Bank on the arrival day.

  32. All departures after 12hrs. Will be considered a late departure and an additional cost of INR.2, 000/-net will be applied to the Guest’ hotel account. If the departure is after 6 p.m. an extra night, will be charged.

  33. Please check for details with Reception. If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform Reception 24h before departure. Otherwise, a full-night stay will be charged.

  34. In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the Hotel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of Hotel Rules, Hotel reserves the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.

  35. The Minibar is filled daily. Please fill in the prepared form for the notification of your minibar consumption, and submit it to the Reception before departure.

  36. In case of a fire alarm, please follow instructions from the evacuation plan attached to the inside of your main room door.

  37. It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels).

  38. If you have any suggestions on hotel service or if you have any technical problems in your room, please are free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when the hotel has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for accommodation rate discount.

The following are the Terms and Conditions of the agreement between the Guest(s) and Biverah Hotel and Suites (hereafter called the Management) regarding the services provided to the guest, and which will be binding upon them.

Terms & Conditions:


  • Rates are subject to change without any prior notice
  • We advise you to guarantee your reservation against full/partial payment by Credit Transfer, Bank Transfer or Service Voucher before the cut-off date
  • A confirmed reservation will be held until 18:00 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.
  • In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay
  • If you book the Advance Purchase Rate, full payment is taken at the time of booking which is non refundable and non transferable in case of cancellation or modification, an Early Departure Fee in the event of checking out on an earlier date than the original booking was made for
  • In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you/your guest holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange an alternative accommodation.
  • The above information about hotels accommodation in standard is provided in good faith, but is subject to change without notice

Cancellation Policy:


  • Booking cancelled between seven to three days from the date of arrival will carry a 10% retention charge
  • Booking cancelled beyond 48 hrs from the date of confirmation will carry a 50% retention charge
  • Booking cancelled in the last 24 hrs from the date of arrival will carry a 100% retention charge
  1. RIGHT OF THE MANAGEMENT


    It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner and not use any disturbances within the hotel premises. The Management reserves to itself absolute right of admission to any person into the hotel premises.The Management has the right to change the room allotted to the guest at any time, without assigning any reason whatsoever and without any previous notice or to shift the guest to any suitable position. The Management claims absolute control of the entire hotel premises. The Management reserves the right to check the belongings of the guest(s) at the time of check-out.


  2. GUESTS' BELONGINGS


    Guests are particularly requested to secure the bolts of the doors and windows of their rooms when going to bed and not to leave the key card in the keyhole if not in the room. For the convenience of the guests, private lockers are available at the front office. The Management will in no way, whatsoever, be responsible for any loss and/or damage to the guest's cash, belongings or any other property from either the hotel room locker or any other part of the hotel for any reason whatsoever including theft or pilferage.


  3. RELATION BETWEEN THE MANAGEMENT AND GUESTS


    The Management shall always be deemed to be in possession and control of the hotel premises and every part thereof.


  4. ADMISSION AND STAFF


    The guest should fill and sign the guest registration card at the reception and obtain a Keycard.


  5. GUESTS' VISITORS


    No visitors or servants of the guests are allowed in the room either during day or night. They may be entertained only in the lounge.


  6. FOOD AND BEVERAGE


    Ordinary food and liquor of any kind is not allowed to be brought in to the hotel. In case food or beverage are brought in and consumed, the hotel is entitled to make an extra charge.


  7. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS


    Bills must be settled on presentation by cash/card. Cheques are not acceptable.


  8. MANAGEMENTS LIEN IN GUEST'S LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS


    In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the Management shall have a lien on the luggage and belongings and be entitled to detain the same or to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest, and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards the amount due by the guest, without prejudice to the Management's rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.


  9. DEPARTURE: CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 HRS


    The guest shall vacate the room allotted to him on expiry of period of occupation granted to the guest. Should the guest fail to vacate the room on expiry of the period, the Management has the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied.


  10. GAMBLING


    Gambling of sorts which is not allowed as per Government rules is prohibited in the hotel premises and the Management will not be responsible for the consequences arising thereof.


  11. HAZARDOUS GOODS


    Bringing into and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films or any other articles of combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/ or goods of objection able nature, is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the Management, its other guests, invitees, visitors, agents and servants for all loss, financial or other, and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guest's own negligence and non-observance of any or all instructions.


  12. USE OF HOTEL FACILITIES


    The guest shall use all facilities and service available at the hotel with care and caution and entirely, at their own risk. The guest agrees to abide by and follow all instructions placed by the Management at the various places in the hotel premises. The Management shall not be responsible for any injury to the guest or damage to the guest's goods that may be caused as the result of the facilities or services for any reason whatsoever.


  13. GUEST


    Our hotels reserve the right of admission to ensure safety and comfort of guests. This may include cases such as local residents, unmarried and unrelated couples among others.
