Terms & Conditions at Biverah Hotel & Suites, Trivandrum

The following are the Terms and Conditions of the agreement between the Guest(s) and theBiverah Hotel and Suites (hereafter called the Management) regarding the services provided tothe guest, and which will be binding upon them.

1. RIGHT OF THE MANAGEMENT

It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner and not causeany disturbances within the hotel premises. The Management reserves to itself absolute rightof admission to any person into the hotel premises.The Management has the right to changethe room allotted to the guest at any time, without assigning any reason whatsoever andwithout any previous notice or to shift the guest to any suitable position. The Managementclaims absolute control of the entire hotel premises. The Management reserves the right tocheck the belongings of the guest(s) at the time of check -out.

2 . GUESTS' BELONGINGS

Guests are particularly requested to secure the bolts of the doors and windowsof their roomswhen going to bed and not to leave the key card inthe keyhole if not in the room. For theconvenience of the guests, private lockers are available at the front office. The Managementwill in no way, whatsoever, be responsible for anyloss and/or damage to the guest's cash,belongings or any other property from either the hotel room locker or any other part of thehotel for any reason whatsoever including theft orpilferage.

3. RELATION BETWEEN THE MANAGEMENT AND GUESTS

The Management shall always be deemed to be in possession and control of the hotel premisesand every part thereof.

4. ADMISSION AND STAFF

The guest should fill and sign the guest registration card at the reception and obtain a KeyCard.

5. GUESTS' VISITORS

No visitors or servants of the guests are allowed in the room either during day or night. Theymay be entertained only in the lounge.

6. FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Ordinary food and liquor of any kind is not allowed to be brought in to the hotel. In case foodor beverage are brought in and consumed, the hotelis entitled to make an extra charge.

7. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS

Bills must be settled on presentation by cash/card. Cheques are not acceptable.

8. MANAGEMENTS LIEN IN GUEST'S LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS

In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the Management shall have a lien on theluggage and belongings and be entitled to detain the same or to sell or auction such propertyat any time without reference to the guest, and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards theamount due by the guest, without prejudice to the Management's rights to adopt such furtherrecovery proceedings as may be required.

9. DEPARTURE: CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 HRS

The guest shall vacate the room allotted to him on expiry of period of occupation granted tothe guest. Should the guest fail to vacate the roomon expiry of the period, the Managementhas the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied.

10. GAMBLING
Gambling of sortswhich is not allowed as per Government rules is prohibited in the hotelpremises and the Management will not be responsible for the consequences arising thereof.

11. HAZARDOUS GOODS

Bringing into and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films or any other articles ofcombustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/ or goods of objectionablenature, is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the Management, itsother guests, invitees, visitors, agents and servants for all loss, financial or other, and damagethat may be caused by such articles or as a resultof the guest's own negligence and non -observance of any or all instructions.

12. USE OF HOTEL FACILITIES

The guest shall use all facilities and service available at the hotel with care and caution andentirely, at their own risk. The guest agrees to abide by and follow all instructions placed by theManagement at the various places in the hotel premises. The Management shall not beresponsible for any injury to the guest or damage to the guest's goods that may be caused asthe result of the facilities or services for any reason whatsoever.

13. GUEST
Our hotels reserve the right of admission to ensure safety and comfort of guests. This may include cases such as local residents, unmarried and unrelated couples among others.
